I am afraid to say that if you are seeing a popup message asociated with ransomware then it is likely that you have been infected and that your files have been encrypted. Can you provide some informaiton as to the exact nature of the pop & what it says?

 

If it is in fact a ransomware infection then you should immediately Open a Support Ticket to notify the SupportTeam and get them to investigate as to whether the infector was monitored and the damage done can be rolled back.

 

Please let us know what transpires for you/what the Support Team come back with as and when you contact them.
