I have CryptoWall and the scan doesn't delete it. If I try to use a Windows scan it won;t let me download. Says "Security won't allow file to download"

As this ransomware infection is a very serious matter (as I am sure that you realise) you must immediately Open a Support Ticket so that the Support Team can involved and help you get rid of this. We normally, where we can as volunteers, try to assist but in this case your really need the help of the professional, hence the above recommendations.
This technical support is availble to WSA license holders as a FREE service, so do not delay in getting the Support Ticket.
