I installed a 6 month webroot secure Anywhere cloud Security Pertected Always Up-to-date disk and I have aquire a virus that is opening multiple windows or address in the http: Do I need more security this one was offered free with purchase but it costs 49.00.

I am not quite clear what you are saying...you have WSA installed on your system but am I correct (based on the 6 months timescale you mention) that you have been on a trial which is now ending and it wll cost you 49 something to purchase a licence?
And you believe that you have a virus/malware?
If that is the case then in the case of the first point you can shop about and get some very good and much cheaper deals on WSA in the market...I would recommend that you shop around.
As to having a virus...it is possible but unlikely IMHO. Would you be able to provide more informaiton on the symptoms as "opening multiple windows or address in the http" does not give us much to work with.
