So, not clear at all! I can't stay on the Huffington Post site for more than one article before my ASUS computer locks up. I've pretty much given up on that site.

Thanks, Daniel. Yes, it is the same site. It's been in the past month or two. If I want to read HP, I'll just get up early and check out the HP on hubbies 'puter. Doesn't make any sense to me?
Can you tell me what Webroot Product are you using and where did you buy it from? http://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/compare

Bought it at Best Buy early Spring '14. Busy time in our life... allowed existing WR to expire. (thanks for so much assistance)
I'm fairly certain it's "Internet Security Complete." (Currently in major home renovation and can't find box in which it was purchased.)
Can you tell me if it was through Best Buy Geek Squad Subscription Services or you just paid for the Box version at a cashier? It's just if it's the Boxed version via the cashier use the first Download link but if Best Buy Subscription use the Best Buy Link to download!@ wrote:

Can you or your hubby do a clean reinstall of WSA?
Can you please do a clean reinstall of WSA and Please follow the steps closely!
- Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
Thanks,
Daniel 😉
Thank you so much, Daniel! Not only in the middle of re-model, but hosting wedding reception next weekend, SO, so busy. I've copied your instructions and will follow carefully very soon (when time allows.) Thank you so much for your assistance!
