I am using webroot. my computer security center event log There is no anti virus product actively protecting this system. Is this something webroot should be protecting?

WHich version of WIndows are you using (I am assuming that you are on a PC) and if you open the Action Center for your computer what does it have listed under 'Virus Protection' and under 'Spyware and unwanted software protection'?
