I have had web root antivirus installed for the last six months and I went to upgrade my subscription. I bought the web root disk, but when I tried to install it. All I get is the same page that I had before I tried to install the new subscription. Can you help me out here?

http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C12_MyAccount/CH11b_ActivatingKeycode.htm
Disk is really not needed you can use this download link to get the latest build http://anywhere.webrootcloudav.com/zerol/wsainstall.exe
for PC's and if you have a Best Buy Subscription via Geek Squad then use this link: http://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/geeksquad-dl

Hi clnbkr4life
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Just to add to/clarify what Petrovice has advised...if your original installation was the Best Buy version and you have purchased a copy of the Webroot version then before you try using the new keycode you will need to uninstall the Best Buy version and then install the Webroot version; either from the CD you purchased or by downloading from the Webroot-related link that Petrovice has provided.
