Would you tell me if you had Webroot installed already on this laptop before? Which Webroot vwesion do you have? WSA Internet Security Plus for 3 devices or do you have Webroot for one device?

Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

One does not download the keycode onto the system but rather the WSA installer. There should be nothing preventing you from downloading a copy of the latest installer but there may be something preventing you from running it, so can we please clarify exactly what you cannot do as that will give us a better idea of if and how we can help.
