Hello @

Welcome to the Community Forum,

Pleease install Adobe Flash Player here from their website and make sure you uncheck any add ons such as McAfee.

https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Also please look here https://community.webroot.com/t5/Security-Industry-News/Adobe-Flash-Player-17-0-0-169-amp-Adobe-Air-17-0-0-144/m-p/196982

You don't need to disable Webroot to install this.

Hope this helps and if not please get back to us!

Hi Karenaf1234,

Well I'm running Firefox with Adobe Flash Player without an issue. Can you try this download from here where  I found in the Firefox support site. https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html

Do you have the latest update for Firefox? I have 37.02. EDIT: Please check FF plug ins https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/

Regards,
I've tried it repeatedly from their website but the .exe file won't download if I'm using Firefox.  I can install download it with Internet Explorer but I've had problems with Firefox ever since I started using Webroot.
I have 37.01.  I'll try updating Firefox first then try again.
