I upgraded to WIN 10 3 days ago - I can't get webroot to work on my PC.Every time I try to I get a message box fromWIN saying " do you want to allow this app to make changes to your PC" with a yes/no boxes. It doesn't make any difference which answer I give as it doesn't work with either.
Anyone else experiencing these problems?

Hi doog
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Sorry to hear of your issue. I personally have not experienced this or heard of it happening to anyone else.
I would suggest that you try an uninstall/clean reinstall of WSA to see if that will resolve the issue, in the first instance. If you would like to try this then please follow the steps closely!

- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE) Let us know if it is the Mac version you need.
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings if asked to as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
