Welcome to the Community jbauer99,

It looks like some files need to be whitelisted. Can you kindly open Support Ticket to troubleshoot your issue? Also have you tried a different Browser such as FF to see if you have a problem there?

Unless one of our Forum gurus can assist here?

Please get back to us if you need more help.

Best Regards,

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

Can you check under Identity Shield and make sure Chrome is under protect and not under Deny? Also if that's not the issue can you disable the Identity Shield and try again to see if it is the ID Shield in the second picture? Please let us know if that fixes your issue!

Thanks,

Daniel ;)

Hi jbauer99

Welcome to the Community Forums.

I suspect that what is preventing you from pasting the URL could be the Identity Protection feature.  Please click on the cog/gear symbol to the right of the Identity Protection tab, and once the next screen is displayed click on the Application Protection tab. Once the new screen is displayed checkmfor files that have a status of 'Deny' and see if they correspond to the apps that you afe using. If so then consider changing those linked to the apps to 'Allow' if you are sure that the app entry is a legitimate one. That should allow you to achieve the paste if that is the cause of your issue.

For more information on this and other areas within WSA that can block actions, including this one, please review this Knowledge Base article.

Hope that is of some assistance.

Regards, Baldrick
Thanks: I changed the status of the mail client to protect rather than deny. I'm very grateful.
Solution by TripleHelix worked successfully. I added my email client .exe to the protected (vs. deny) list.
Great to hear now come back more often as we are a friendly bunch!

Daniel 😉
