Hi ebsnorklelive
Well, if you do not like WIndows 10 and want to revert back to your previous Microsoft OS level then you should be able to do so as long as you are trying to revert within 30 days of the upgrade date. I believe that thereafter Windows automatically deletes the back up files made of your previous OS and that as a result there is officially no way back.
If you Google "How can I tell if I can roll back from Windows" you will find a goodly deal of information on how you go about the reverting...but always assuming that you are trying to do soo within the 30 day window.

I My Lap Top from work downloadded and installed windows 10 with out me knowing what was happening. After what I thought was just a windows updat It returned on with a blue screen and that was the end of all the info on my windows 7 pro computer. Yes I reloaded windows from the partition but lost all my files all my installed software all my pictures from my vacation all my music. Sure I should have a back up Some of it I did but who has time to keep up with all of the files? Chris CB Thanks Windows
Hi plumbchris
Welcome to the Community Foums.
Very sorry to hear abiut your troubles with Windows 10 upgrade...I have to say that I am surprised that you would lose your data since as far as I know data is safeguarded when upgrading given that one can reverse the upgrade for up to a month after it has happened.
But thanks for sharing...such accounts are useful in terms of us being able to advise other members, etc.

I don't know what Version of WSA your running. I'm running WSA Complete with Backup & Sync. It backs up all my important file and pictures within minutes. (The first backup is the longest). "Set it and forget it" and all files saved daily. Well worth a try if it does happen again.;)@ wrote:
