I have 1 "active threat" listed after several scans. How do I eliminate it? I see the scans have eliminated 87 threats, but not the one.

Hello wolfpack, welcome to the Webroot Community!
As you can see, WSA is normally able to remove any threats found on it's own without any help or interference. Sometimes, however, for one reason or another, it detects a threat that cannot be removed automatically. When this happens, as now, the best solution is to let Webroot Support take a look and remove it for you.
Please submit a Trouble Ticket. Webroot Support will contact you and let you know what to do. This is a free service with a valid WSA license 🙂

Hello wolfpack and Welcome to the Webroot Community!
Just to add to what David said it could be a threat already removed so to clear it and do a scan please see here: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C11_ReportsandViewers/CH11c_ViewingProtectionStatistics.htm just click on the Reset Button and do a Scan and let us know if that clears it up for you!
Thanks,
Daniel 😉
