Apparently I have a virus from Cyberwall 3 that has encrypted my files with a high level encryption that they will "sell me" the key to for 500 bitcoins. Can Webroot clean this off of my compuiter?
Hello

If you have indeed been compromised by CryptoWall then your best bet is to Open a Support Ticket ASAP so that the SupportTeam can investigate and hopefully, with the help of WSA's journalling features roll back anything that the nasty hgas done on your system...but that is not guaranteed.

There is no charge for this if you are a WSA license holder, with a current subscription.

Once you have submitted your Ticket try to minimise activity on your system until the Support Team respond.
