Its going to cost me over $100,00 to get rid of my Virus. Why was i not protected? Not a happy customer.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Do not pay anyone for the removal of a suspected virus. As a WSA user with I presume a current sunscription you are entitled to Open a Support Ticket to advise Webroot Support of your position so that they can investigate the issue, confirm whether it is indeed a virus or not and then help remove it for you.
I REPEAT, as a WSA user YOU SHOULD NOT PAY ANYONE to remove a virus for you...please carefully read this KB article explaining this further...then Open that ticket.
