To renew Webroot do I have to order another disc online or go to a store to purchase a disc?  Can I just renew through the webroot webpage?

Hello and Welcome to the Community Forum,

Please look here for renewal from within your Webroot.

To upgrade or renew the software:
 1. Open SecureAnywhere.
 2. Click the gear icon next to My Account.
 3. Click Upgrade or renew.  The Webroot website opens. From here, you can purchase an upgrade to your software.

Hope this helps and if not please get back to us,

Kind Regards

Hi deborahkbrumbaugh1

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Yes, you can. There is a renew option in WSA...just click on the gear/cog to the right of the My Account tab, in the main planel, and you will see a buttom marked 'Upgrade/Renew' about mid way down on the lefthand side of the new panel opened. Clicking on that will take you to the renew/ugrade wizard on the Webroot site where you can customise your renewal.

Just a couple of points to add...(i) I do not believe that one receives follow up CDs after the initial purchase of a boxed version of WSA, and certainly not for an online purchase., & (ii) if your subscription is through Webroot either online of via the purchas eof a boxed version OTHER THAN from Best Buy, then if you renew with time still remaining on your subscription; say 30 days as you are renewing 30 days early, then that will be added to the renewal days bought so that you subscription for a 1 year renewal will show as 365 + 30 days = 395 days in WSA.

Hope that helps?  Please feel free to ask further questions if you have them.

Regards, Baldrick
