These two things...qone8 and/or omiga-plus have affected my browser. I cannot get them off of my computer. Can anyone help?
Omiga Plus is a potentially unwanted program, which is promoted via other free downloads, and while this program itself is not a virus, during its setup process users will be prompted to install adware and browser hijackers on their computers.

Start.Qone8.com is a browser hijacker, which is promoted via other free downloads, and once installed it will change your browser homepage to start.qone8.com and default search engine to search.qone8.com.

This in itself is not considered malicious as there are many legitimate programs that change these settings as well. What is considered malicious, though, is that it will also append the argument hxxp://start.qone8.com/ to random Windows shortcuts on your desktop and your Windows Start Menu.

First make sure you have PUA settings checked for WSA.

On the WSA interface > Advanced Settings > Scan Settings > Detect Potentially Unwanted Applications.

After checking the settings, please run a scan. If WSA doesn't find anything in the scan, open a Support Ticket. The Webroot Support Team will remove the PUAs completely and for free. Don't worry. Just follow their instructions.
