Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community Forums!

Thanks Petrovic.
I have opened ticket!
Do you know what is the main cause of this virus? USB? Internet? or what?
I have virtual environments in which I do my programming stuff and never connect it to any USB and also don't visit suspicious sites. And I am facing same issue in it as well. Whenever I open a new website in chrome; all of it's links take me to rdsv.

Very often the problem in a router (".....all my home devices")
Aha!
I have resett my router to default settings and now let's see! I am going to wait to hear back from the support team as well?

Hi rasheed
Welcome to the Community Forums.
It will be interesting to see if Petrovic is correct as from what I have read if you have indeed been infected by this particular virus then by al accounts it can not be easily removed by anti-virus programs, as it will keep coming back when you restart your machine. As a result manual removal is the best way to remove this threat, and therefore the best approach is the Support Ticket that Petrovic has suggested previously.

Hi rasheed
No worries, just bear in mind that whilst Support work 24/7 they may be a little slower than their usually stellar response times as it is the weekend.
In the meantime avoid at all cost browsing or referencing persnal and sensitive data on your system or anything that requires the entry of credential...such as Internet Banking and the like...just in case that there is a nasty on your system and is trying to gather personal data and the like.
Better safe than sorry in the long run. Hopefully Support will be with you soon and be able to sort you out.
