And just to add to the questions that David has asked...what exactly do you have in mind/are you looking for when you say "can I get a remote clean up".
If you are asking as to whether you can request remote assistance from Webroot Support then the answer is 'Yes' if you are using a version purchased from Webroot, in which case please Submit a Support Ticket detailing the issue you are having and they will contact you as soon as possible...though please not that whilst they do work 24/7 as it is the weekend they may be slower than their usual rapid selves in responding.
If however you purchased your version from Best Buy then you should in the first instance contact The Geek Squad for help either online or on 1.800.GEEKSQUAD.
Whilst we are mainly volunteers here, and not Webroot employees, if you would answer the questions posed by David & I we may be able to also offer assistance.
Either way I hope that the above if of further assistance?
