Hi SallyS
Weclome to the Community Forums.
How did you get it installed? Was it installed in a shop or remotely/online? And can you advise us as to what precisely you bought from Tech2U? Was it just WSA or was it WSA + Support, etc.? And, if I may ask, how much did yo pay for what you purchased?

It was done remotely- not sure of the cost because they added stuff in-grr. I need to contact them to find out the breakdown and exactlt what they installed. Will do that and then come back.
Hi SallyS
Yes, please do as I am guessing that you are overpaying for WSA which you may well want but overpaying for services and the like that you may no wish to receive.
And we also need to ask ourselves as to whether these people are legitimate partners/resellers of Webroot or not.

OK- I just called them. Apparently they facilitated the installation of the program- I think it was a free trial- and their charge was $99!! So it seems that I will need to purchase/renew the subsciption. Is it a simple process- any snags I need to be aware of? This whole thing has driven me crazy.......
Hmm, OK so it was just a trial, which would explain why it has expired...perhaps.
Do you know (i) what version you have trialed; Antivirus, Internet Security Plus or Complete, (ii) how long the subscription period is for & (iii) how many devices are covered; usually 1, 3 or 5? And once we know this we can see if it would not be better to purchase directly from Webroot, assuming that you would like to purchase/use WSA, as with such a purchase you may get (a) a lower price & (b) FREE technical support for all things Webroot-related, etc.

? just tell ? straight that it's best to buy Directly from Webroot as Tech2U are ripping her off. It's very much cheaper here: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/home

? If you paid ask for a full refund and purchase Directly from Webroot and you will get full support from Webroot Directly as well at no extra charge as I told you before. https://www.webroot.com/us/en/home

Hi ?
That is good advice from Daniel, and I would follow it to see if you can ditch Tech2U as soon as possible and resign with Webroot direclty.
