I would suspect t not as I believe Windows would have complained/asked you to uninstall WSA before the upgrade if you were running an incompatible version. As long as you version is v9.n.n.nn (where 'n' are numerics) then you will be OK.
To check the version you are running just hover your cursor over the WSA icon in the notification tray and it should reveal a bubble with the version that you are running.
