I'm trying to download GIMP on my new pc, but Webroot keeps blocking it.  How can I get past this?  It doesn't give me an option to override.

I'm seeing no problem downloading the Windows (non-torrent) version here: http://www.gimp.org/downloads/  

Is that where you;re trying?
