I'm trying to log on the online banking but the Warning sign keeps popping up on the top left corner of my computer and couldn't continue. I click allow but always failed.

Could you advise as to which browser you are using and describe the warning message in more detail...what does it say?

Meanwhile tell us what operating system you are using too. Some online banking systems block you from using their system if your browser or windows is too old.
