i am using windows 7 Word and attempted to install adobe acrobat, received message that installation did not complete.  Does WebRoot stop the installation?  thanks, anne
Hi cypressgolf

Welcome to the Community Forums.

It may well do especially if you did not download Acrobat from the official Adobe download site which is HERE. This is because the downlaod from some 3rd party sites may have 'additional' software bundled in; what we know as PUAs or Potentially Unwanted Applications...and if WSA identified one of these being present it should intercept it.

If you have not downloaded from the site linked above then please delete the downloaded installer that you have, dfownlaod the installer from the official siet and try installing again.

IF the above does n ot help or you have further issues as a result then please post back and we will see what we can do to assist further.
