I just need someone to put me in touch with Webroot Support, really, so that I can input my 2016 keycode for Webroot SecureAnywhere into my account and cancel my account for Webroot Internet Security, which I am not buying, running or using. Thank you.

Best to, as previously advised, Open a Support Ticket and make the request directly to them.
If you need help about activating your new keycode in your installation of WSA then please let us know...we can provide that.
Just for the record there is only one installer for WSA and it is the keycode entered/activated in the instance that determines which of the features belong to each version you have access to...therefore if you were running the Complete version but decided to downgrade to the Antivirus version when your subscriptionf for Complete ran out you would just need to enter your new keycode for the Antivirus version into the current WSA instance and activate it.
You would then find that the Complete features would have disappeared and yo would effectively be left running the Antivirus version.
