i received a message that i need to update my payment info. but i purchased my webroot from best buy in store, so how do i do that?? when i click on update info it does nothing??

As you purchased at Best Buy, you most likely have the Best Buy Subscription Software version, which is billed by Best Buy. If you still have the original box, just look at the lower right corner to verify this. If there is a Best Buy Serial Number, you indeed have the Best Buy version.
