Renewal paid and confirmation received, but I received no activation code and the app doesn't seem to recognize that I've renewed

Welcome to the Community Forum,
May I ask if your original and therefore renewal was via Webroot or Best Buy? If the latter then it can take some 24 hours for the back office systems of Best Buy and Webroot to communicate/exchange the information necessary to get the renewal recognised. I hasten to add that in these circumstances/this period you are still fully protected by WSA.
Can you check that the 'your keycode entered has indeed been recognised and is displayed in WSA...click on the My Account tab on the right hand side of the main app panel and you should see it displayed to the right of the 'Keycode' literal. Is that the keycode that you are expecting or still the expired one?
Also check your online Account Console and see if your keycode is there and activated?
If you still need help then you can always submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription.
I could also ping@ and see if he can look into the back office regarding this as well.

Mine still hasn't recognized the renewal and the keycode looks to be the expired one.

Or contact Best Buy at 1-800-433-5778 to request your keycode. Be sure to mention your subscription software through Best Buy.
