I purchased MyMailList & AddressBook 8 - Download ... and cannot successfully download to my lap top

When you are trying to download the software, are you trying to download it directly from the maker, Avanquest?  Are you trying to download from a different '3rd party' site like Amazon or CNET?

 

Does it give you any specific error?  Does it do anything at all, or just 'sit and spin'?

 

Sorry for all the questions, but it helps us to have a better understanding of the problem.

Can you give me any errors that are going on with this download. Some more information on this maybe?

 

There cooud be Blocking within Webroots Firewall .

 

The only way I could see this happening would be if you are downloading the installers from third-party download sites that install additional, Potentially Unwanted Applications (PUAs) along with the software that you are trying to install. We recommend only downloading software from the official download sites for the products on the software companies websites whenever possible. You can read more about this here. The post is specific to browsers but the same applies to all applications. 

 

If you are still experiencing issues, please Submit A Support Ticket so that we can investigate this further.
