I purchased Webroot and installed the 3 keys on 3 computers. One of those computers died. In trying to upgrade the third computer so it could replace the one that died, it also died.
I purchased a new computer and now want to protect it with Webroot. I am/was under the impression that I could deactivate the 2 dead computers and thereby liberate 2 keys and use one of the liberated keys to protect the new computer.
Webroot Technical Support has not been at all helpful to me. Hopefully this community will help.
Can I do what I'm tryuing to do: reuse a deactivated key to protect the new computer?
If so, how do I do this?

Hello TedF,
May I ask if you have deactivated these PCs within your Online Account Console? Please look here for details concerning this procedure. https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Antivirus/How-to-Deactivate-a-PC/ta-p/31240
Hope this helps?

I cannot figure out anything about my problem.
I can''t find anything that says "Managing Users."
I have no idea if I used an" Online Account Console."
Was I supposed to document the codes identifying the 2 defunct computers?
Is that the problem I'm having? I don't have a code to paste into the code field for my new computer?
