Hi sowdman
Welcome to the Community Forums.
First thing is to check which version you have renewed? Is it a Best Buy/The Geek Squad purchase or a direct from Webroot or from another retailer?
If from Best Buy then the renewal actually only occurs on the expiry date and then it can take 24 - 48 hours before the Webroot back office systems are updated (transfer of information from Best Buy to Webroot).
If not Best Buy then it can still take a little time for the back office systems to get updated...so depending on exactly when you made the renewal I would wait a few hours, and if this is still the case then I would Open a Support Ticket so that the Support Team can investigate for you.
At this point I should point out that even though it says 'expired' you are still protected by a grace period of 30 days...to cater for just such an eventuality.
Finally, and just to cover all the bases, I would check with your credit card provider/bank to make sure that the payment has indeed been processed...sometimes we find that it is a problem at that point.
Hope that helps?
