When I activated the new key code it said a scan would start but the scan screen feezes without scnning and my account still shows up as expired. I cannot get tech help only salespeople. Anyone know what to do or had this problem?

Did you renew directly through Webroot or is your renewal through Geek Squad?
I am sorry, another question: Did you receive a NEW key code following the payment?  How was the new key code delievered?
