i renewed my subscription to web root on mar 19 and got my new product key number. i already had web root and entered my new product key code where it said to and hit activate. its been several days and it still says my subscription is expired. in my web console it says i have 359 days left on my subscription. am i protected, and will it change and not say expired in a few days.

May I ask if this ia a Best Buy/The Geek Squad purchase or a direct from Webroot or from another retailer?
You have gone onto your Account Console and to the right of your email there is a drop down box and select Manage Keycodes. There you can add that keycode and see if it's listed. Is your keycode listed there? Have you done a scan of Webroot?
If this was purchased though Webroot then I would Open a Support Ticket so that the Support Team can investigate for you. or call Geek Squad at 1800-Geek-Squad.
I should point out that even though it says 'expired' you are still protected by a grace period of 30 days...

I purchased the original web root software from best buy. I dont remember having this problem last year. I seemed to have solved my problem. I ended up uninstalling the version on my labtop and downloading from the renewal email they sent me. When i put in the new number it now says that my subscription has 360 days. Hopefully i should be good.
