I renewed my subscription in august and followed the directions for , downloading, setting up account, and going into webapps and clicking on  run, but the webroot page is still showing I am not covered.  What do I need to do, it should not be this difficult to renew my subscription.

Did you renew form Webroot or Best Buy? If from Webroot you can call 1-866-612-4268. Or contact technical support

 

 Best Buy you can contact here

Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

If from Best Buy when is your subscription due to run out/expire...exactly?  With Best Buy the renewal is not actioned until the actual date of expiry (at which point your credit card is debited)...so until then it will look as if the renewal has not yet gone through.

 

As Sherry said, a little more detail please. :D
