My webroot was expired a few weeks ago and I decided to renew it. I activated my keycode like a week ago but I still go messages like "New threats everyday”or whatever. I thought maybe my laptop was going crazy or something and didnt pay much attention. Today I opened the app but now it's all red and it says that it's expired? I put my keycode again and everything turned green again and it was said that the keycode is activated but when I restarted and it showed that it's still expired. I renewed on the official website

It’s best if you Submit a Support Ticket and they will sort it out.
