I have a teenage girl and she is computer savvy (more than I), I already bought refog because they are good, but totally
uncompatible with webroot. I need a keylogger that webroot can trust.

Hi mandylb27
Welcome to the Community Forums.
I am no expert in this matter but I suspect that you will not find a real keylogger that would be compatible with WSA...given that WSA's mission is to stop/interdict keyloggers in what they do.
Did you try adjusting the protection settings in WSA when you were trying Refog? If not then you could try doing that (we can provide guidance) but if that does not work then I would suspect that any keylogger worth its salt will behave the same way & WSA will pounce on it.
Let us know (i) if you want to try Refog again & (ii) exactly what you want to log as it may be that there is another way to capture the information you want.

Hello ?,
I agree with ?. Because of the way that Webroot functions we will not allow a keylogger to run by default. You could potentially work around that, or disable the ID shield entirely but it really depends on what you are trying to accomplish.
A keylogger is simply going to give you keystrokes on the system, when in reality if you are attempting to monitor what she is doing, it would be best to look into parental controls or monitoring software as that would provide everything happening on the system.
I'd advise taking a look at the PC Mag reviews for that type of software here.
