I purchased continuing service for my Webroot. When I try to install the webroot on my new computer by entering my keycode, I get a message that I need to enter a valid key code. Does anyone have any suggestions?

In rare cases, you may receive this message when installing or activating a keycode:



Error FZLC0056 – Invalid or Unknown Keycode (is this your error)?





If you receive this error, it is due to a delay in the activation process.  Please wait approximately 5-10 minutes, then retry installing or activating your keycode.  If you are still unable to install or activate, click here to contact Webroot Support

 

Another thing can I ask what Computer or Device are you using? You can also get help here and here to instruct you to activate your keycode.

 

Please let us know if you continue to have problems because we will be able to take alternative messures to fix this.
