My name is Traci. I am new to this and have a question. If I am at this stage of the process, does that mean I am subscribed and activated? Thank you for any help you may give.

Did you do the following?
Open Webroot SecureAnywhere and click the My Account link at the bottom left side of the screen
- On the My Account screen click the link for Activate a New Keycode.
- Enter your keycode in the field provided and press Activate.
