If you have a backup Pc and it becomes infected with a worm prior to protecting it with Webroot, can the webroot team rid that system of its infection?

Hi jamez46
The first thingnthat will happen when you install WSA on the supposedly infected system is that as part of the install process WSA carries out an initial scan...and therefore may well find the infection, if there is in fact there is one.
i would therefore go ahead install, and see what WSA reveals as part of that first scan.
If something is detected and cannot be cleaned by WSA automatically then you can certainly Open a Support Ticket to get the Support Team involved.
