May I ask if you bought this WR from Best Buy? 1-800-433-5778
If you did the best thing to so is call Best Buy Geek Squad and if you have your sales slip Best Buy has your keycode listed in their system and you can retrieve it that way. If you don't have your sales slip then return the product to BB and get a new WR.

OH.. I missed one thing:
With the code on the BACK, that WILL be a Best Buy Subscription Software version. You can call the Best Buy number Sherry provided and they can pull up the key code for you.
