Hi this is jjw and I'm new to this community. I have tried down loading adobe flash player upgrade several times unsuccessfully. I'm thinking I may have to disable my web root secure anti-virus before downloading. Is this true? I haven't tried it as I'm paranoid about not having it in operating mode.
Thanks for your help!
