I am having problems with my internet connection cutting out on me while I am using it or being slow to make a connection in the first place.

Sometimes a message comes up "waiting for extension Webroot Filtering extension" while I am waiting for it to connect.

 

Could Webroot have anything to do with the poor connection?

You can go into your browser and look for the Webroot Webfilter and click disable and see if that helps you to connect.

 

The Beta testers are using a new version and it's working well so in time they will release the new Update soon to the Public!
