Is the password to different to the password in the browser?

Whenever I try to login to webroot in my browser to supply passwords, I get told that my password is invalid. I follow the whole process to change the password and can login into the webroot site but when I try to activate the webroot password app in my browser I get told again that the password is invalid. I have tried this several times but get the same result each time.Is the password in the webroot password app different to that logging in to

I was able to locate your account and it does not appear that you are locked out.
I would advise contacting our support team in regards to this issue.
There may be an issue on the backend causing this that they can resolve.
