I am flooded with non-stop phishing emails and spam emails.  For the most part, these are captured and thrown into my Junk folder.  I have been requested to forward to my ISP's security department as well as the Federal Trade Commission.  But I continue to receive them.  Clearly they are from the same and sometimes stolen email address.  For instance ga.gov which is the state of Georgia's address.  For instance eku.edu which is Eastern Kentucky University address. Countless others.  I have a block on these but they continue to arrive.  Sometimes 10 or 20 a day.

Sorry to say no there isn't but you can report them here just forward the email to them: https://www.us-cert.gov/report-phishing I get many as well and most of the time it's from Spambots: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spambot

Good read here as well: https://www.us-cert.gov/ncas/tips/ST04-007
