Have you also tried looking at the Netflix help site?https://help.netflix.com/help

 

 

You shouldn't have to disable Webroot in order to watch Netflix. If Webroot is blocking you then please check here. and look here

 

You can also check your Netflix site with BrightCloud http://www.brightcloud.com/tools/url-ip-lookup.php
