I am a technical support user using Webroot for Business and I am wondering if there's any way to block out any Windows 10 updates on user endpoints via the Webroot console?

Just to be clear you want to block Windows 10 Updates or the Upgrade to Windows 10? If it's the second one see here: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Techie/Remove-GWX-Notification-for-Windows-Upgrade-to-Windows-10-for/td-p/238719 and in either case I'm not sure the Online Console can stop them but you could contact Webroot and ask them!
