Maybe due to a windows update (I'm just wondering) I cannot get the "Scan with WebRoot" entry on the context menu when I right-click a file. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the package again (ignoring previous settings) but all I get is : "Scan with Windows Defender"

There is a way you know to solve this old and annoying issue?

I believe it would be best to submit a Support Ticket so Webroot could gather your logs to see what the problem is. When submitting a Support Ticket Webroot logs are automatically sent to Support.
