It looks like Webroot is knocking off my port connections (USB) & my DVD player. Any help?

Welcome Both to the Community Forums.

 

Would you be able to provide some additional information in relation to this issue as this is not something that we have seen very much of in the Community and it would be good to get something more substantive to work with.

 

Also, would you try temporarily disabling Webroot?  You can do this by right clicking on the notification tray icon and selecting Shutdown protection from the context menu displayed, and then entering & confirming the CAPTCHA code required.  Then try once more what you believe may be being blocked by WSA and then re-enable WSA (by clicking on the desktop icon).

 

Let us know what that reveals, and once we've confirmed that WSA is the issue then we can get the Support Team to look at your logs to see what is causing the block.
