I've followed the suggestions and my tablet shows everything is working properly and active.  Website shows the device has been deactivated.

If your Online Account Console saids your device has been deactivated has Webroot expired by chance?

 

Would you please restart your mobile device and then Webroot will scan your device. Then check to see if everything is alright in your Online Account Console. Restarting your device should fix this issue in the Webroot Cloud.

 

If that does not work then a uninstall/reinstall of Webroot might help.

Then if none of this helps then would Submit a Suppot Ticket to lt them know Webroot has been deactivated.
