Is the itvjeksujbb.exe*32 from Google Chrome, real of virus?  It's using 34% of my processor.
Hi shatra7

Welcome to the Community Forums.

I am of the opinion that given the apparently random name of the .exe, and from what I have read elsewhere, what you have is some sort of 'infection', not necessarily dangerous but something that needs attending to ASAP.

First, run a scan with WSA, if you have not already, and if it finds something allow it to carry out whaever clean up activities it needs to undertake.  Once that is done check for the presence of this .exe or anything else that may be running with a similarly random name.  If you do not find anything and things are back gto normal just proceed normally but make sure that you scan a couple of times a day to allow WSA to check that everything is clear.

If the .exe or something similar is still present after then scan then your best course of action would be to ASAP Open a Support Ticket and ask the Support Team to investigate this for you.  The service is free of charge to all users of WSA who hold a valid/current subscription.

Please let us know the outcome of any scan and if you log a ticket/what support respond with as any feedback of this type is helpful to us going forward.

Regards, Baldrick
