Keycode activation failure

Error: ‘ Keycode cannot be verified …. make sure WSA is allowed to connect to network ….’


I migrated to new windows laptop. First I uninstalled pre installed ‘Bullguard’ an antivirus software. Then I tried to activate keycode in WSA. But I got that error all the time I attempt.


Contacted customer support many times and they gave solutions once in a day for three days now. But nothing worked:

  • Restarted and tried again with the latest WSA (fail)
  • Uninstalled and deleted “%PROGRAMDATA%” and restarted as instructed then attempted again (fail)

Someone please help … I tried to call support team from India but I could only send a voice mail for call back

*** I used WSA previously in Oman on my old laptop now moved to India and bought new laptop (country change??) ****

Now I cannot even login to my WSA account with exact Email ID and password!!!
