the "last scan" indicator is not accurate.  I scanned 22 hours ago, and it says I scanned 5 days ago.  What's the problem?
Hello kanallenboothe, welcome to the Webroot Community!

Mighty good question!  I can think of a couple of things that it might be, things to try, in the following order:

1. Was the computer connected to the internet on every scan?  I am not sure, but if the computer was not connected at the time of the scan it might not be correctly reflected in the stats.

2. There COULD be something wrong with the stats files themselves, corrupt somehow.  They can be reset to see if this will help:

  • Open WSA
  • Click the gear tool next to Utilities
  • Click the Reports tab
  • Click the View Statisitcs button
  • Click Reset

3. You could also try a 'clean install' of WSA as follows to see if this will work:

  • Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
  • KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Uninstall WSA and Reboot
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot once again

If none of this fixes the problem, you might submit a Trouble Ticket with Webroot Support to have them take a look.  Whatever the problem is, it is not "global", affecting all users.  My own last scan time is correct, and I have not noticed it being incorrect any time recently.

@ , Can you think of anything else that I have missed?

I hope this helps.. please let us know if any of this works!

Thanks for your response, I tried what you suggested and ended up sending the trouble ticket
